為構建和(he)諧社(she)(she)會,積極承(cheng)擔社(she)(she)會責(ze)任(ren)、規范公(gong)司(si)社(she)(she)會行為、自(zi)覺接(jie)收社(she)(she)會監督、形成自(zi)我(wo)約束、自(zi)我(wo)發展的機(ji)制(zhi),現將(jiang)四川(chuan)都(dou)鋼鋼鐵集團股份有限公(gong)司(si)2020年度社(she)(she)會責(ze)任(ren)報(bao)(bao)告書匯報(bao)(bao)如(ru)下:
公(gong)司堅持(chi)“以人為本、可持(chi)續發展”的經營戰略,把履行社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)責(ze)任(ren)全(quan)面融入公(gong)司(si)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)戰(zhan)略、生產經營(ying)和(he)企(qi)業文化,作為建設和(he)諧(xie)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)的(de)自覺(jue)行動。公(gong)司(si)在關注自身(shen)及全(quan)體股東經濟(ji)利益的(de)同時,充分(fen)關注包括國家和(he)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)、環境(jing)、職工、債權(quan)人、客戶、消費(fei)者及社(she)(she)區在內的(de)利益相關方的(de)共同利益,促進社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)經濟(ji)的(de)可持續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。
一、公司促進國家和(he)社會的(de)全面發展情況
公司的(de)使(shi)命是創造財富,服務(wu)社會、以追求(qiu)(qiu)經濟(ji)效益(yi)、社會效益(yi)和代表先(xian)進(jin)性制造業為目標。在謀求(qiu)(qiu)公司價值和股東財富的(de)過程中,積極回報社會,促進(jin)國家和社會發展。2020年公司完成經營目標任(ren)務(wu),以良(liang)好(hao)的(de)業績回報股東和社會:
1、上(shang)繳稅費總(zong)額8887.65萬元,為國家和地(di)方經濟建(jian)設做出了(le)積極貢獻。
2、穩健經營、發展,為社會解決了大量的勞動力(li)就(jiu)業問題。截(jie)止(zhi)2020年12月31日,公司在職員工人數為530人。
3、帶動公司經(jing)營場所在(zai)地經(jing)濟的發展(zhan),促進中國鋼鐵企業的發展(zhan),公司的主要產品為熱軋帶肋鋼(gang)(gang)筋和熱軋光(guang)圓鋼(gang)(gang)筋。在(zai)規模(mo)及技術上優(you)于其(qi)他企業。
二、公司(si)對股東權益保護情況
公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司根據國家有關(guan)法(fa)(fa)律法(fa)(fa)規(gui)(gui)及(ji)相關(guan)制(zhi)度(du)規(gui)(gui)定,建立健全規(gui)(gui)范的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司治(zhi)理結構(gou),形成了“三(san)會一層”的(de)科學決(jue)策、有效(xiao)執行(xing)、有力監督(du)的(de)運行(xing)機制(zhi),保(bao)(bao)證公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司依(yi)法(fa)(fa)經營、規(gui)(gui)范運作(zuo),確(que)保(bao)(bao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司經營穩健,持(chi)續創(chuang)效(xiao)、持(chi)續發展(zhan)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司建立健全信(xin)(xin)息披(pi)露(lu)制(zhi)度(du)和(he)投資者管理制(zhi)度(du),真實、準確(que)、完整、及(ji)時地履行(xing)信(xin)(xin)息披(pi)露(lu)義務,向股東(dong)(dong)提(ti)供公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開披(pi)露(lu)信(xin)(xin)息,確(que)保(bao)(bao)所有股東(dong)(dong)能平等地獲得信(xin)(xin)息。2020年,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司規(gui)(gui)范運作(zuo)良好,無違規(gui)(gui)信(xin)(xin)息披(pi)露(lu)。通過上述措施,切實保(bao)(bao)障股東(dong)(dong)的(de)決(jue)策權、知(zhi)情權、監督(du)權,為股東(dong)(dong)創(chuang)造價(jia)值。
三、公司對債權人權益保護情況
公司奉行(xing)(xing)穩健、持續的經營理念,嚴(yan)格控制(zhi)經營風險(xian),保護股東和債(zhai)權(quan)人(ren)的長(chang)遠利益(yi)(yi)。公司在(zai)經營決策(ce)過程(cheng)中(zhong),充分(fen)考慮債(zhai)權(quan)人(ren)的合(he)法權(quan)益(yi)(yi),及(ji)(ji)時向債(zhai)權(quan)人(ren)通報(bao)(bao)與其(qi)債(zhai)券利益(yi)(yi)相關的重大(da)信息(xi),嚴(yan)格按(an)照與債(zhai)權(quan)人(ren)簽(qian)訂的合(he)同履行(xing)(xing)債(zhai)務,及(ji)(ji)時通報(bao)(bao)與其(qi)相關的重大(da)信息(xi),保障債(zhai)權(quan)人(ren)的合(he)法權(quan)益(yi)(yi)。
四、公司對職工(gong)權益保護情(qing)況(kuang)
公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)嚴格(ge)遵守《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》、《合同法》等(deng)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)社會保(bao)障(zhang)方(fang)面的(de)法律(lv)、法規(gui)和(he)(he)規(gui)章(zhang)制(zhi)度(du),依法保(bao)護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)合法權(quan)(quan)利,建立和(he)(he)完善包(bao)括薪(xin)酬體(ti)(ti)系,激勵(li)機(ji)制(zhi)等(deng)在(zai)內(nei)的(de)用人制(zhi)度(du),保(bao)障(zhang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)依法享有勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)權(quan)(quan)利和(he)(he)履(lv)行勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)義務(wu)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)建立包(bao)括職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)康安全管理(li)體(ti)(ti)系在(zai)內(nei)的(de)綜(zong)合管理(li)體(ti)(ti)系并(bing)有效(xiao)運行,提高裝置本質(zhi)安全,不斷改善員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業(ye)環境(jing),持續(xu)提高員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全生產技能(neng)(neng),定期對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian),防范安全事故和(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)病(bing)發生。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)堅持按(an)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)分配,建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資正常增長機(ji)制(zhi),對(dui)特殊(shu)環境(jing)下工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)給(gei)予特殊(shu)津(jin)貼和(he)(he)休養(yang)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享有公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)制(zhi)度(du)規(gui)定的(de)休息日,帶薪(xin)年假和(he)(he)其他(ta)各(ge)類假期,以及(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)加班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資待遇。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)建立健(jian)全員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)社會保(bao)險(xian)制(zhi)度(du)、補充保(bao)險(xian)制(zhi)度(du),依法為員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)繳納(na)保(bao)險(xian)費(fei)用。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)高度(du)重(zhong)視培(pei)養(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,積極組織開展(zhan)多種形(xing)式的(de)崗位培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun),技能(neng)(neng)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)、管理(li)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)等(deng),并(bing)鼓勵(li)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自我學習,幫助員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)制(zhi)定職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)規(gui)劃,鼓勵(li)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)承擔有挑戰性的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。2020年,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)質(zhi)量、環境(jing)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)康、能(neng)(neng)源體(ti)(ti)系通過第三方(fang)認證機(ji)構的(de)認證,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同簽(qian)訂率(lv)達100%,及(ji)時續(xu)簽(qian)率(lv)100%,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)杜(du)絕了重(zhong)大(da)安全事故和(he)(he)人身傷(shang)亡事故,職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)病(bing)發病(bing)率(lv)為0。
五、公司對客(ke)戶保(bao)護(hu)情(qing)況(kuang)
公(gong)司建立包括質量(liang)、環境(jing)體系在內的綜合管理(li)體系,堅持(chi)以顧(gu)客為關注(zhu)焦點,堅持(chi)與顧(gu)客合作共贏,持(chi)續改進產品(pin)質量(liang)和服務水平。公(gong)司實行(xing)全(quan)程(cheng)信用管理(li),定期對客戶(hu)進行(xing)評定。
2020年,公司(si)顧(gu)客滿(man)意度(du)為99%,客戶投訴為0,有關部門質(zhi)量(liang)查處為0,公司(si)質(zhi)量(liang)等管理體系通過第三方的(de)復審認證。
六、公司環境保護和節能減排情況
公司堅持(chi)“綠色環(huan)(huan)保(bao)、持(chi)續(xu)改進”的(de)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)反(fan)戰,確保(bao)質量管理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)管理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系、職業(ye)健康管理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系和(he)企業(ye)標準化綜(zong)合管理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系有效(xiao)運行,加強技術(shu)創新,推行清潔生(sheng)產(chan),積(ji)極采用(yong)新設備,新工藝、新技術(shu)、新材料,推進以(yi)節能(neng)減(jian)排和(he)環(huan)(huan)保(bao)技術(shu)進步(bu)為主要目標的(de)設備更(geng)新和(he)技術(shu)改造,以(yi)盡(jin)可能(neng)減(jian)少的(de)資(zi)源消耗和(he)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)占用(yong)獲得(de)更(geng)大的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)和(he)社會效(xiao)益(yi)。2020年,公司“三廢(fei)”排放符合有關要求,未發生(sheng)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)污染事(shi)故。
七、公司對社區責(ze)任情況
公(gong)司本著與社(she)區和諧相處的原(yuan)則,積極(ji)維護社(she)區安(an)(an)全(quan)與穩(wen)(wen)定,公(gong)司除加(jia)強(qiang)員工職業道德教(jiao)育外,積極(ji)推行社(she)會公(gong)德、家庭美德教(jiao)育,加(jia)強(qiang)不穩(wen)(wen)定因素排查,確(que)保(bao)一方平安(an)(an)。
2020年,為了徹(che)底解決本公司生產(chan)裝置與周邊(bian)社區的存在(zai)的安(an)全(quan)隱患問題,改善生產(chan)生活環境,維護社會穩定(ding),保障人民群眾生命財產(chan)安(an)全(quan),促(cu)進經濟社會持續快速健康協調發展。
2020年,未發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)員工違法刑事案(an)件(jian),未發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)員工及其家(jia)屬集(ji)體到(dao)政(zheng)府上訪事件(jian)。
八、公司在(zai)履行社(she)會責任方面(mian)存(cun)在(zai)的問題及改進計劃
公(gong)司在履行社會(hui)責任方(fang)面做了大量務實的、富有成效的工(gong)作(zuo)。但經(jing)過評估(gu),我們認為還存在一些差距:
一(yi)是,尚(shang)未建立(li)系(xi)統的、量化的社(she)(she)會(hui)責任評價指標(biao)體系(xi)。為此,公司(si)將根據實際情況,及時建立(li)健全社(she)(she)會(hui)責任評價指標(biao)體系(xi),引導公司(si)履行社(she)(she)會(hui)責任,規(gui)范公司(si)行為。
二是,公(gong)司在社會責任(ren)履(lv)行方(fang)面自愿性(xing)披露的(de)積極性(xing)不夠。今后公(gong)司將加強(qiang)檢(jian)查,定期(qi)評價(jia)社會責任(ren)的(de)執行情況和存在的(de)問題,并及時公(gong)告(gao)。
三是,對履行(xing)(xing)社(she)會責(ze)任(ren)的宣傳(chuan),倡導和示(shi)范作用不夠,今后公司將一如(ru)既往地把社(she)會責(ze)任(ren)作為企(qi)業一項(xiang)應盡的義務,加強(qiang)宣傳(chuan),以自身的影(ying)響力(li)帶動周邊企(qi)業、行(xing)(xing)業相關企(qi)業履行(xing)(xing)社(she)會責(ze)任(ren),共同促進社(she)會、企(qi)業和諧(xie)發(fa)展。
